Operating since 2017, we have become a trusted foundation of assistance across Peel Region, Halton Region, and Waterloo / Kitchener Region. As an established Community Services Centre in Brampton serving nearby areas, we offer inclusive, results-driven programmes that empower individuals and families to achieve lasting stability and independence.
We operate across Peel Region covering Brampton, Caledon, and Mississauga; Halton Region including Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Halton Hills; and the broader Waterloo and Kitchener areas. In all regions we serve, our commitment is unwavering: to open pathways, build resilience, and uplift communities through impactful assistance.
Mission
Our mission is to improve quality of life and expand pathways to success by delivering programmes that promote housing stability, economic independence, and personal resilience. Our structured programmes equip women, youth, and families with the support needed to realise clear and measurable outcomes.
As an established Community Services Centre in Milton, Community Services Centre in Waterloo Region, and Community Services Centre in Kitchener Region, we recognise that empowered individuals form the backbone of resilient communities. We provide the tools, training, and guidance necessary for people to move forward with confidence. Comprehensive Community Support Hub
W.A.Y. serves as an integrated support centre providing services customised to varied community requirements. Whether supporting immigrants adjusting to a new environment, young people identifying career goals, or families confronting housing concerns, we offer unified and comprehensive care.
Through our role as a Community Services Centre in Caledon, Community Services Centre in Mississauga, Community Services Centre in Oakville, Community Services Centre in Burlington, and Community Services Centre in Halton Hills, we ensure reliable access to quality programmes across communities. Our integrated model connects housing support, employment readiness, settlement assistance, and health referrals into a cohesive pathway toward stability and prosperity.
Support for Newcomers and Immigrants
Welcoming newcomers across all supported regions is central to our work. Operating as a focused immigrant and community support hub, we appreciate the unique barriers faced during the settlement process.
Our services include language assistance, cultural orientation sessions, settlement counselling, and help accessing vital community resources. Our objective is to support seamless adjustment, encourage confident participation, and build lasting stability. Employment and Skills Development
